La Pavoni Botticelli Specialty is the espresso machine made to satisfy the most demanding enthusiasts who want to obtain a coffee as creamy as at the bar. Double boiler machine equipped with “BPPC” system, with brewing group shower and competition filters. Using the “BPPC” regulating lever, it is possible to vary the water pressure exerted on the coffee during brewing in real time, obtaining an optimal in-cup result with every type of blend.
