Equipped with a 53mm professional lever group, it allows you to obtain a full-bodied espresso rich in aromas, thanks to the perfect control of pressure and water flow. The heart of the machine is a 5-liter boiler, ensuring a constant supply of steam and hot water, ideal for intensive use. The electronic PID allows precise temperature control, ensuring maximum thermal stability for a consistently perfect extraction. For practical and safe use, the Alex Leva is equipped with thermally insulated steam and water wands, reducing the risk of burns.
