The technical features of the Rancilio Silvia X Pro
Silvia X Pro is a dual-boiler coffee machine, complete with two PIDs dedicated to coffee brewing and steam production. The coffee boiler has a capacity of 0.3 liter while the dedicated steam boiler has a capacity of 1 liter. The machine is also equipped with a professional filter holder with an ergonomic handle. The dedicated pressure gauge for measuring pressure is located above the drip tray. A digital display allows to manage the menu setting and monitor the shot timer, temperature, and water level alert.
A new infusion feature for Silvia Pro X
The soft brew feature enables even distribution of water from the coffee boiler onto the ground coffee. Specifically, this feature allows for more pores in the ground coffee to be opened, so as to achieve different flavor profiles, playing with acidity and body while enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of each type of blend. The machine begins the brewing process by gently opening and releasing water without any pressure. Only once the predetermined time has elapsed does the machine begin to increase the pressure of the group head. This provides a greater level of control while personalizing the final flavor of the coffee in the same way.
New color scheme available for Rancilio Silvia Pro X
In addition to the original stainless steel, the Rancilio Silvia Pro X model is now also available in three colors: black, white and pink. In this way, the new Silvia X Pro model acquires a touch of elegance that can embellish the target environment with sophistication.
