You may be wondering if this expensive 3 cup Moka machine is worth the extra money over cheaper alternatives. Yes. It has a beautiful black finish with subtle and tasteful branding. The aluminium body is made of noticeably higher quality materials with excellent fit and finish. From the first cup the coffee puck is evenly saturated with no channeling delivering an excellent cup of strong coffee. Of course technique is important, fill the base with near boiling water and once the coffee starts to come out into the coffee collector control the heat to keep flow slow and steady. Remove the pot from the heat as the coffee reaches the bottom of the pour triangle and either pour directly into your cup or cool the base with cool water so the brewing process stops.
