Gaggia Anima Prestige is an espresso machine designed and manufactured entirely in Italy that completes the vast assortment of automatic models distributed by the Italian coffee machine company. THE DESIGN OF GAGGIA ANIMA PRESTIGE
Despite the high technological configuration and the large dimensions of the tank, Anima Prestige has a very compact size that allows it to adapt to the most diverse destination solutions. The coffee bean container has a capacity of 250 grams of coffee while the carafe can hold up to 0.5 liters of milk. The drink dispensing spouts have a height suitable for holding tall glasses and cups, ideal for preparing milk-based drinks. Anima Prestige features a similar design to the Accademia model, complete with stainless steel front panels and soft rectangular buttons. The LCD interface complete with rectangular buttons and the two-color display allow you to manage the features and settings of the machine quickly and easily.
THE COFFEE GRINDING TECHNOLOGY
The coffee grinder is equipped with ceramic blades (a classic of Gaggia automatic models) and can be adjusted with 5 different grinding modes (from the finest for intense flavors to the coarsest for light flavors) while the “Gaggia Adapting System” allows you to automatically adjust the grinding cycle thanks to the learning recorded in the previous beverage dispensing cycles. The coffee bean container is equipped with a special lid that ensures the preservation of the aroma.
CUSTOMIZATION OF DRINKS
Gaggia Anima, thanks to the Optiaroma system, allows you to customize the intensity of your favorite drink with five aroma settings: from extra delicate and extra strong. The temperature regulation system makes it possible to choose three different temperature levels: low, medium and high. The different drink length and intensity settings can be easily stored by holding down the corresponding button for a few seconds. The “Gaggia Adapting System”, thanks to an algorithmic learning technology, automatically adjusts the grinding time based on the intensity setting and the coffee. The pre-infusion function, which regulates the contact between the brewing water and the freshly ground coffee, allows you to obtain an espresso with a unique aroma and taste.
INTEGRATED MILK CARAFE
The integrated milk carafe allows you to prepare a delicious cappuccino, latte macchiato or emulsified milk with a simple touch of the corresponding button. The carafe features a dedicated socket on the left side of the machine body and can be easily removed for storage in the refrigerator when not in use. When the carafe is removed it is possible to insert a hot water spout that allows to dispense hot water for the preparation of American coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Milk drinks and frothed milk can be customized, just like coffee drinks, based on your preferred volume of coffee and milk.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF GAGGIA ANIMA PRESTIGE
The maintenance of the Gaggia Anima Prestige can be handled very easily thanks to the ability to easily remove the main components of the machine: dispenser unit, drip tray, water tank, coffee grounds container and milk carafe. The “Quick Clean Milk” system allows you to automatically clean the milk circuit after each delivery, ensuring perfect hygiene. Gaggia Anima Prestige also features an automatic coffee circuit cleaning system that is activated each time the machine is switched on and off. The descaling function is managed by an automatic system that alerts the user of the need to proceed with the descaling operation which can be managed step by step through the indications on the display.
