Preparing Coffee with the Rancilio Silvia
Be aware of the following steps!
A – Wait for the orange light “boiler heating” to switch off
B – Warning: Hot surface
C – Check frequently the water level in the tank. Refill if necessary!
1. Use a filter basket for 1 or 2 coffees as required
2 Fill with ground coffee and tamp. Remove leftlovers from rim of the filter
3. Lock the porta-filter into the group head
4. Put cup(s) under coffee outlet
5.Start brewing by pressing coffee switch. Stop brewing by pressing coffee switch
6. Remove porta-filter, knock out coffee and lock it again. Do not damage the filter
