Switch On the Rancilio Silvia
Don’t switch on the machine before having filled the water tank to avoid damaging the heating element! For the first installation or after a long stop refer to the section “Set up the coffee machine“.
1. Fill water tank (ca. 2 litres) Attention: Use fresh water
2 Insert both hoses into water reservoir and close the lid
3. Switch on main switch. Green light is on
SWITCH OFF THE RANCILIO SILVIA
1. Remove porta-filter, knock-out coffee. Do not damage the filter
2.Lock porta-filter holder again
3. Switch off main switch. Green light goes off
