Excellent product from Italy, delivery was quick and well packaged. Needed a voltage regulator for 220v machine running thru 110v U.S. outlet. Well worth it, quality is top notch!

I just received the machine an hour ago, haven’t got to try it yet. However the packaging was weird i.e. the machine was covered in quite a bit of coffee grounds! I hope it is not a used machine!

Hello dear, can I ask you about the electrical frequency of the machine? Was it 60 hertz or 50 hertz or two together and shipping to Saudi Arabia if you were so generous

For me this was a jump from regular pod machines. This truly is an amazing machine for someone starting brewing freshly ground coffee at home, its easy to use and makes delicious coffee in a few mins
