The Super Jolly Electronic Grinder is brilliant – but I got mine from somewhere else – I had to wait 3 months for the one I ordered from Coffee Italia, and they are refusing to help me or allow me to return it. I wasn’t going to write another review about this, in all honestly i’m exhausted by it and it has really upset me – but Coffee Italia emailed me and asked for a review so…. Here are the facts… After lots of issues with the card not working through Amazon I ordered my grinder in July 2019 – i actually did not realise that the rder had gone through as i was opening a coffee shop and spending £1000s so it went undetected at first. The grinder did not arrive until the end of October 2019. Understandably, I no longer needed this particular grinder (I found the same one else where – for cheaper actually). The three month wait for this product completely threw me, i was not expecting it – so when FedEx delivered it – my neighbour signed for it – i was really confused and imediately contacted Coffee Italia to arrange a return. Coffee Italia ignored me for a week, then finally commented, that I did not request a refund before delivery and that i had signed for it, so they would not allow me to return the product. At this point i received an email to write a review about my service – so i did, it was the same as this review. I then called them, i left messages, wrote more emails…. finally I got through and the man I spoke to, (who didn’t want to tell me his name), so lets call him “Antonio”, said “We can’t help you, and then hung up on me.” After a little research, I learnt that Coffee Italia have a legal responsibility under the consumer law to return any goods up to two weeks after they have been delivered – (there is no returns policy on their website that I could find). So i again contacted them with this information… Coffee Italia have ignored me again. I am now left desperate to return this grinder, that took 3 months to arrive – but they will not communicate, and so now I have sought legal advice and action. So definitely get the grinder MAZZER are great – but in my experience, Coffee Italia are not.
