MAZZER ROBUR S: DESIGNED FOR HIGH COFFEE CONSUMPTION
The new Mazzer Robur S, a coffee grinder much loved by baristas accustomed to large daily volumes and work peaks, combines practical use with superior performance. Comparing the new Mazzer Robur S with the predecessor, we can see that the renewed version of the coffee grinder maintains the extreme grinding speed (average of 1s / 5g) with a low number of revolutions (420 RPM – 50 Hz), improves the practicality of cleaning and adjustment thanks to the “memory track” system, reduces retention by 52% and enhances the functionality of the electronics.
The real news in Mazzer is however represented by the predisposition to cloud connectivity, which opens the way to a range of new possibilities.
GRAIN AROMA ALWAYS PROTECTED FROM EXPOSURE TO HEAT WITH MAZZER KOLD S
The new Mazzer Kold S with its elegant and innovative design contains state-of-the-art technology. This grinder is also designed for cloud connectivity, an upgrade of the Kold grinder-dispenser. In addition to the high performance in terms of speed and power, the Mazzer Kold S electric coffee grinder is characterized by particular attention to respecting the grain temperature. The coffee is protected from exposure to heat even in the event of prolonged grinding times thanks to a special cooling system and a specially designed mechanical construction.
MAZZER LIMITED EDITION: 70 ZM MECHANICAL COFFEE GRINDERS SIGNED BY THE FOUNDER
High performance, attention to detail and product reliability are at the heart of Mazzer’s operations. To celebrate its seventieth anniversary in 2018, the company presented a limited edition of 70 Mazzer ZM mechanical coffee grinders, all signed by the founder Luigi Mazzer. The ZM coffee grinder is a device with flat grinders with micrometric adjustment of the digital control grinding. It is characterized by the grinding chamber that is easy to clean, the time dose adjustment, the double safety system and the ground coffee container with locking system to keep the counter clean.
