Machine for kneading and extruding fresh pasta in different formats, ideal for restaurants. Structure covered in scratch-resistant paint, stainless steel tank and hook, brass / bronze alloy propeller, micro-switch on the tank lid.
Accessories supplied:
- 3 moulds of your choice (excluding the Pasta, Cannelloni and Pacchero pasta)
- key for mounting / dismounting the moulds
- container for measuring liquids.
Optional:
- Electronic cutter knife (which can also be purchased at a later date due to the machine’s standard arrangement)
