The differences of the four Crem One coffee machine models

Crem One is a professional espresso coffee machine that can satisfy the requirements of all coffee lovers who want to use it at home, in a small coffee shop or in their office.

Crem One, available in four different models, features the traditional E61 group, a double pressure gauge, a digital PID temperature control system, an extraction timer, a Cool Touch steam wand, automatic on and off mode and an intelligent functionality energy saving.

The four Crem models differ in some technical characteristics capable of increasing the extraction performance and the performance of the individual coffee machine according to the specific needs of domestic or professional use. The main differences are as follows:

• Number of boilers: the Crem One HX entry lever model has a single boiler while the other three models are equipped with two boilers that allow you to extract coffee and generate steam at the same time.
• Pre-brewing function: the Dual Boiler PID R GSP and Dual Boiler PID R LFPP models are equipped with pre-brewing functions that allow the ground coffee to come into contact with the water, before extraction, in order to increase the characteristics of aroma and flavor thanks to the passage of water inside the coffee powder.
• Type of pump: the HX and Dual Boiler Pid WT / WC models are equipped with a vibration pump, more suitable for domestic coffee machines, while the two higher-end models are equipped with a rotary pump which can satisfy professional use needs. However, both technologies allow excellent coffee extractions.
• Type of display: the three higher-end models feature an OLED display complete with digital keypad. The Dual Boiler PID R LFPP model is equipped with a USB port where it is possible to load, save and load settings for extractions and recipes for the preparation of coffee and latte drinks.
