Gaggia Milano, the historic Italian company specializing in the production of domestic and professional coffee machines, on the thirtieth birthday of the Gaggia Classic model, launches an exclusive “Limited Edition” version.
THE CREATIVE CONCEPT OF THE GAGGIA LIMITED EDITION
The edition, consisting of only 3,000 copies entirely produced in Italy, was conceived in collaboration with the designer and illustrator Pierpaolo Gaballo. The concept used for the development of the product refers to the theme of the acrobat who perfects his activity through constant dedication to practice and the search for balance. Hence the analogy with the Home Barista theme on which Gaggia, especially with the new Classic model, wanted to respond to the needs of espresso enthusiasts who want to recreate within their own home the practices and deeds of professional baristas.
AN EXCLUSIVE DESIGN FOR THE NEW GAGGIA MODEL
The artistic theme of the acrobat takes shape within the design of the coffee machine through a harmonious insertion of the thematic illustrations of the initiative directly into the bodywork. The theme is also taken up within an illustration on paper, which will be included as a gift for all buyers of the Gaggia Classic 30 pack. In addition to the acrobat symbol, the thematic elements that make up the illustrations are the Milan Cathedral, a tribute to the birthplace of the Gaggia brand, and the cup that represents the symbolic element recognized worldwide for espresso coffee.
GAGGIA CLASSIC PRO TECHNOLOGY
The technological components of the Classic Limited Edition semi-automatic model are the same as the main Classic Pro line: a revolutionized interface consisting of three intuitive buttons with which it is possible to manage all the ignition, extraction and shutdown operations, a professional steam wand capable of produce a perfectly emulsified milk froth and a 15 bar pump, the right pressure to obtain an Italian espresso with an impeccable cream. A convenient kit consisting of three filters allows you to use the coffee machine according to your skill level: from a beginner use with the pod kit to a more expert use with the perfect cream filter.
