Torre Teresina Timer is designed to offer professional performance in a home-friendly format, making it suitable for both home baristas and small cafés. The E61 thermosiphonic group with the Ergo-Lift dispensing lever ensures optimal thermal stability and smooth operation.
The 2.3L AISI 316 stainless steel boiler with a heat exchanger allows for simultaneous espresso brewing and steam production, maintaining high performance even under heavy use. Pressure is controlled via a pressure switch and dual pressure gauges for boiler and pump monitoring. The joystick-operated cold-touch steam and hot water taps enhance usability, while the electronic water level control ensures reliability.
The integrated OLED display offers essential brewing functions, including a shot timer, adjustable electronic pre-infusion, and an eco mode for energy efficiency. A removable cup warmer surface, removable drip tray, and optional aluminum-style feet further enhance functionality and aesthetics.
