Torre Mariuccia combines multi-boiler technology with premium craftsmanship, offering a powerful and precise espresso experience. The AISI 316 stainless steel steam boiler, controlled by a pressure switch, allows for energy-saving operation, while the PID-managed coffee boiler provides temperature control between 80°C and 100°C, optimizing extraction for different coffee types and roasts.
The E61 group with thermosiphonic circulation and the Ergo-Lift dispensing lever enhance temperature stability and extraction consistency. The machine features double joystick-operated cold-touch steam and hot water taps, a dual pressure gauge for boiler and pump monitoring, and electronic water level management for precision operation.
With direct water connection capability and a large removable cup warmer surface, Torre Mariuccia is designed for home baristas who demand professional-level performance. A wooden knobs version is also available for an elegant touch.
